About Us

GK Landscapes Surrey Ltd. VAT number 417682283. These terms apply to all quotations, contracts and works undertaken by GK Landscapes Surrey Ltd.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are fixed as stated in the written quotation. Any variation to scope agreed during the project will be confirmed in writing and may result in a revised quotation.

Deposit

No deposit is required on most residential projects. Where a deposit is required (typically for large material orders), this will be stated in the written quotation.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cheque.

Liability

GK Landscapes Surrey Ltd carries full public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

Disputes

In the event of any dispute, please contact us directly in the first instance. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
